Insulated Valve Jacket For Flanged Gate Valves (Internal Use)

Our insulated valve jackets are manufactured from 50mm fibreglass insulation wrapped in a grey silicone-coated fibre-glass cloth, silver foil cloth or black polyurethane-coated nylon. Straps are fire-retardant velcro and pull-cords are made from Nomex; a flame-resistant meta-aramid material. These insulation jackets are suitable for low to medium temperatures (10ᴼC to 100ᴼC).

Valve insulation jackets are designed to insulate valves, pipework, flanges, tanks and other equipment in industrial, commercial and domestic environments, dramatically improving energy efficiency. In addition, they are frequently used to provide insulation against low temperatures and to provide health and safety mitigations by protecting personnel and others from burns by effectively reducing the temperature of the exposed valves and surfaces.
