Include the application, dimensions, required thickness where known, service temperature, internal or external location, quantity and delivery postcode. Product links, photographs and drawings can also help.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Include your order number, the name or email address used when ordering and a clear description of the information or amendment required.
What should I do if delivery is urgent?
Call or email before placing the order. Next-day delivery applies only to certain eligible, in-stock products ordered before the relevant cut-off time, so availability should be confirmed first. See the Shipping Policy.
Can I send photographs, drawings or product schedules?
Yes. Email attachments to info@insulation-more.co.uk and include your name, company and any order or quotation reference.
