PIB sheeting cut to fit Tees.
Speeds up fitting and eliminates installation error when cutting Tee on site.
Each Tee comes with a PIB strap for a joining each side of the Tee. The horizontal portion should be cut on-site when covering the straight sections of pipework
PIB is produced from high molecular weight polyisobutylene, modified to achieve optimum properties. It will not harden, crack or peel. It is virtually non-ageing and is resistant to both ozone and UV.
the sheeting is easily applied over insulation.
The seams, overlaps and end laps are solvent welded, using a stiff brush, with Plysolene Welding Agent E.
