Soudal Soudafoam MAXTWO Gun & Hose Assembly
The Soudal Soudafoam MAXTWO Gun & Hose Assembly provides the dispensing equipment required to apply Soudafoam MAXTWO two-component polyurethane spray foam.
Available in Small and XL configurations, the assembly connects the two MAXTWO foam cylinders to the dispensing gun, where the components are delivered through the mixing nozzle for controlled application.

MAXTWO Small Gun & Hose
Hose length: 2.7m / 9ft
Designed for use with the corresponding MAXTWO Small foam cylinder set and suitable where a more compact hose arrangement is required.
MAXTWO XL Gun & Hose
Hose length: 4.7m / 15ft
Designed for use with the corresponding MAXTWO XL foam system, providing additional hose length for larger professional spray foam applications.
How the MAXTWO Gun & Hose System Works
Soudafoam MAXTWO uses two separate pressurised cylinders. The gun and hose assembly transfers both components to the dispensing gun, where they are combined through the MAXTWO mixing nozzle during application.
Red hose: connects to the ISO component cylinder.
Blue hose: connects to the polyol component cylinder.
The dispensing gun incorporates a safety trigger and variable-action trigger to help control foam delivery.
Before You Start
- Prepare and shake the MAXTWO cylinders as directed by Soudal.
- Connect the red and blue hoses securely to the corresponding cylinders.
- Open the cylinder valves carefully and check all connections.
- Check that both product components are flowing correctly.
- Fit the appropriate MAXTWO mixing nozzle before application.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Correct cleaning and maintenance helps keep the MAXTWO dispensing equipment ready for use. Follow the Soudal operating instructions when changing cylinders, stopping work or preparing the system for storage.
