Installation

How to Install the Rivets

Position the cladding. Fit and overlap the cladding components in their required final position.

Mark and drill the fixing hole. Mark the required fixing position and drill a hole suitable for the 3.2mm rivet.

Load the rivet into the tool. Insert the rivet mandrel into a compatible rivet tool such as the Arrow RL100 using the appropriate 1/8" setting.

Insert and set the rivet. Place the rivet through the prepared hole, hold the tool square to the fixing and operate the handles until the rivet is securely set.

Check the finished joint. Make sure the rivet head sits firmly against the cladding and the joint is secure.
